Bookings and Appointments

Booking Process: Appointments can be made via our online booking system, by phone, or in person at our location. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
Booking Confirmation: Upon successfully booking, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS, confirming your appointment details.
Late Arrivals: Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Arriving late may result in a shorter session, with the full session fee still applicable.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or failure to attend the appointment will incur a charge, or may result in a loss of any deposit or prepayment made.
No-Show Fees: No-show appointments will be charged the full price of the session.

Payment

Payment Methods: Payments for services can be made via cash, credit card, or EFTPOS at the time of your appointment.
Online Payments: For online bookings, payment may be required in advance through our secure payment system.
Gift Vouchers: Gift vouchers are available for purchase and are valid for a specified period. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Health and Safety

Health Information: Please inform us of any health conditions, injuries, or special requirements before your treatment. This includes pregnancy, allergies, and any recent medical procedures.
Treatment Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe for your health or well-being.
Appropriate Behavior: Our services are strictly professional. Any inappropriate or disrespectful behavior during the session will result in the immediate termination of the treatment and full payment will be due.
